The New York Times

We were tasked with the challenge of bringing a piece of The New York Times gaming aspect to Cannes Lion in a creative way. Our solution was to bring the immersive experience of New York to France by recreating the iconic 'gaming' area of Washington Square, chess in the park.

 

We created chess tables that transform into tablet stations with all The New York Times app downloaded and free for anyone to hop on and play. Included a New York style Lemonade stand for the Cannes sun.
